These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all wnlbd products and services. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the wnlbd platform.
Important: By creating an account or using any wnlbd service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the wnlbd platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wnlbd.
wnlbd is committed to presenting all terms in plain, professional English. Wagering requirements, withdrawal timelines, bonus conditions, and account policies are stated without ambiguity. You will always know exactly where you stand before you act.
Player deposits held in wnlbd wallets are treated as segregated funds and are never used for operational expenses. Your balance is accessible for withdrawal at any time subject to identity verification and these terms. wnlbd does not withhold funds from eligible withdrawal requests without stated cause.
wnlbd enforces 256-bit SSL encryption across all sessions, SMS OTP two-factor authentication, and strict password storage using cryptographic hashing. Account security is a shared responsibility — players are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials at all times.
All wnlbd transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are supported as primary payment channels. There are no hidden currency conversion fees. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in Section 4 of these terms.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one wnlbd account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or as a result of technical error — are subject to immediate suspension. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts by the same individual will be voided and the excess balance forfeited.
wnlbd's responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, session time caps, loss limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion — are governed by these terms and are binding once activated. Players exercising responsible gaming tools are entitled to the full protections described in Section 7, without penalty or delay.
01 General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between wnlbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses any product or service offered through the wnlbd platform at wnlbd.net and all associated subdomains. By completing the registration process or by accessing any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the platform from time to time.
These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to the ordinary meaning of the English language. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most protective of responsible gaming and player welfare shall prevail. wnlbd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 10. Continued use of the platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
wnlbd operates as an entertainment platform providing online casino games, sports betting markets, and proprietary gaming products. Players engage with all wnlbd products voluntarily and at their own risk. wnlbd does not guarantee any financial return from participation in any game or betting market on the platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and players should only ever wager amounts they are fully prepared to lose.
02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Strictly Enforced. Access to wnlbd is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 years and above. Any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any wnlbd game or betting market. Age verification is conducted at registration and prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on wnlbd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:
- Age: You are at least 18 years of age. wnlbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended pending review.
- Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under guardianship or lacking legal capacity to contract are not eligible to register.
- Single Account: You do not already hold an active or suspended wnlbd account. Each individual may maintain only one account at any given time.
- Self-Exclusion: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on wnlbd. Attempting to register a new account during an active self-exclusion period is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes.
- Own Funds: You are playing exclusively with funds that belong to you and have not been obtained through illegal means. wnlbd has zero tolerance for the use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
wnlbd may request identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.
03 Account Registration & Security
Each player may register one account on wnlbd. The registration process requires the provision of a valid mobile phone number, a unique password, and basic personal details. By submitting the registration form, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
Upon successful registration, wnlbd will send an OTP (one-time password) to the mobile number provided. Entry of the correct OTP constitutes verification of the mobile number and activation of the account. wnlbd reserves the right to implement additional verification steps at any time without prior notice.
Account security is a shared responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wnlbd login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. wnlbd will never ask you for your password in any support communication. If you receive any communication purporting to be from wnlbd that requests your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].
- Password Requirements: Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and include a combination of letters, numbers, and at least one special character. Use of easily guessable passwords (e.g., date of birth, "12345678") is strongly discouraged.
- Two-Factor Authentication: Players are strongly encouraged to enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication from the account security settings page. wnlbd accepts no liability for unauthorised account access where 2FA has not been enabled.
- Unauthorised Access: You must notify wnlbd support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. wnlbd will temporarily freeze the account upon receipt of such a report while an investigation is conducted.
- Device Security: You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access wnlbd is secured with appropriate device-level protections (e.g., screen lock, up-to-date operating system). wnlbd accepts no liability for account compromise resulting from an insecure device.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on wnlbd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). wnlbd does not charge players for deposits or withdrawals made through supported payment channels. Any fees levied by the payment provider (e.g., network transaction fees) are the responsibility of the player and may be deducted by the provider independently of wnlbd.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the wnlbd account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Prior to processing a first withdrawal, wnlbd will conduct a standard identity verification check. Players must submit a government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests submitted before identity verification is completed will be held in a pending state until documentation is received and approved.
Bonus Balance: Any active bonus balance in your wnlbd wallet is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds must complete the required wagering before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance only — your cash balance will not be affected.
Suspicious Transactions: wnlbd reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, chargebacks, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, wnlbd will notify the player and initiate an investigation. If the investigation concludes that a violation has occurred, the relevant balance may be voided in accordance with Section 8.
05 Bonus & Promotion Policy
wnlbd offers a range of promotional bonuses tied to the Bangladeshi calendar — including Pohela Boishakh deposit bonuses, Eid reload offers, BPL free-bet campaigns, and Victory Day specials. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all wnlbd bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are clearly disclosed in the promotion terms at the time of opt-in.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Proprietary games (Win Drop, Mines Grand) contribution rates are specified per promotion. - Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting. Bonuses that have not been wagered to the required threshold within the expiry period are automatically voided without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus. Players should always complete or consciously forfeit an existing bonus before accepting a new offer.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through low-risk betting strategies (e.g., hedging bets across outcomes to reduce variance while meeting wagering requirements), the use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by wnlbd will result in the voiding of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.
- Maximum Bet During Bonus: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum single wager is ৳1,000 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Wagers placed above this limit during an active bonus may be voided at wnlbd's discretion.
wnlbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect bonus being credited, wnlbd will correct the error and the incorrect bonus amount will be reclaimed from the player's wallet. Players will be notified in all such cases.
06 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the wnlbd platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe; live casino tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and wnlbd's proprietary titles Win Drop and Mines Grand — use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. wnlbd does not manipulate game outcomes in response to player behaviour, account history, or wager size.
Sports Betting Rules: Cricket betting markets on wnlbd cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. All bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB). In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or postponement, wnlbd's sport-specific settlement rules — published in the cricket section of the platform — will apply. Where no specific rule exists, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet.
Technical Failures: In the event of a game session being interrupted due to a network failure, server error, or device disconnection, wnlbd will restore the game to its most recently confirmed state where technically possible. Where game state cannot be recovered, bets placed in the interrupted round will be treated as voided and stakes returned. wnlbd accepts no liability for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
Prohibited Conduct: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances: use of automated bots or software to place bets; exploitation of software bugs or errors to generate irregular winnings; collusion between players; any form of cheating, match-fixing, or fraud; and any activity that wnlbd reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play. wnlbd reserves the right to void any wager placed under such circumstances and to report relevant activity to appropriate authorities.
07 Responsible Gaming
wnlbd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform is designed for adult entertainment only. Gambling is not a source of income and should never be treated as such. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial, emotional, or relational distress, players are strongly encouraged to make use of wnlbd's responsible gaming tools or to seek external support.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all wnlbd account holders and are binding upon activation. All limits and restrictions activated by a player are enforced immediately and cannot be reversed without the cooling-off periods described below.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Any request to increase an existing limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.
- Session Time Limits: Players may define a maximum daily play duration. wnlbd will automatically terminate the session upon reaching the limit. Session timers reset at midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
- Loss Limits: Players may cap total losses across all wnlbd products within a specified period. Once a loss limit is reached, real-money gameplay is suspended for the remainder of that period regardless of wallet balance.
- Reality Checks: Players may enable on-screen session reminders at configurable intervals showing total time played and total amount wagered during the current session.
- Temporary Time-Out: Players may request a temporary time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account is fully suspended — no deposits, no wagering, no withdrawals (pending withdrawals already in process will be completed). Time-outs cannot be reversed before the specified end date.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they have a gambling problem may apply for permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irrevocable and applies to all wnlbd products. Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account is a violation of these Terms.

08 Account Closure & Termination
Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your wnlbd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, wnlbd will confirm your identity and process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining cash balance (excluding any active bonus balance) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.
Closure by wnlbd: wnlbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published on the platform.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during the account lifecycle.
- Failure to pass identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity.
- Detection of a duplicate account or any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion order.
- Use of automated software, bots, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
- Any behaviour that wnlbd determines, at its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, its staff, or its player community.
Where an account is closed by wnlbd due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance derived from the breach — including winnings generated during the period of the breach — may be forfeited. wnlbd will retain a cash balance equivalent to the player's net deposits (total deposits minus total withdrawals already processed) and will return that amount where legally required to do so.
09 Limitation of Liability
wnlbd provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure that the platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible; emergency maintenance may be conducted without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wnlbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of profits — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable. wnlbd's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the wnlbd platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wnlbd is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). While all third-party providers integrated into wnlbd are required to maintain RNG certification and fair play standards, wnlbd's liability for errors or failures originating within third-party game engines is limited to the return of the wager placed in the affected round.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit wnlbd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10 Amendments to These Terms
wnlbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, wnlbd will notify players via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login, and where possible via the registered mobile number. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after the date of notification unless the change is required by law or relates to a security or fraud issue — in which case the change may take effect immediately.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective" date displayed at the top of this page indicates the date on which the current version of the Terms came into force. Your continued use of the wnlbd platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8. wnlbd will process the closure and return any eligible balance as described in that section.
